The brief was to achieve the above with as little inconvenience as possible and we chose Kestrel because you offered a ‘one stop shop’ proposal
The solution was that you provided all of the various tradesmen and coordinated the coming and going of the plumber, electrician, plasterer, tiler and kitchen fitter as and when required. Perfection is difficult to achieve but I was delighted to see Kestrel doing so.
