“We decided in Spring 2025 to completely update our guest shower room which was looking quite dated, having last been done around 20 years ago. We considered various options for how we should approach this and decided to find a specialist company to take on what would be a major project. We approached Kestrel Furniture as we knew of their excellent reputation and they were a local company, which was important to us.
We explained our thoughts in a phone call and Ed Hill from Kestrel arranged to visit, along with Tom, their project manager. We met and I explained what we wanted and for someone to take the project from design to completion. After approving plans submitted by Kestrel we gave them the go ahead and fixed a date when the work would begin. During the interim period we met with their ceramic supplier to select tiles to enable Kestrel to give us their final quote after selecting all the various components which would be needed from taps to a replacement hot water boiler!
All the tradespeople supplied and managed by Tom provided work of the finest quality. The work was completed a few weeks ago and we are absolutely delighted with the end result.
Ed from Kestrel was on site often as was Tom, and whilst we encountered unexpected problem along the way, they dealt with these superbly.
From original design to completion, we were really impressed with the whole project and great credit to Ed and the team. From our personal experience, I would not hesitate in recommending Kestrel Furniture, and we will certainly use them again in future should the need arise.”
