Full of traditional character and charm, this red Norfolk barn has tall ceilings and exposed brickwork and beams. Our aim was to complement the natural aesthetic of the home while integrating a modern, timeless kitchen design.
Our design team was able to achieve perfect symmetry in the cabinetry layout, choosing a simple shaker design and knob handles for a classic design. We also chose a light finished worktop around the perimeter of the kitchen to help keep its spacious feel. This also ensures the oak worktop on the centre island, brickwork, and appliances create a texture-rich finish to the overall design.
This kitchen’s centre island was finished in a dusty pink, a perfect contrast to the surrounding units and a lovely accompaniment to the low hanging light fixtures and oak wood flooring.
